Our small commercial inspections are a general overview of all the major systems and components present in the building including the structure, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, exterior and interior (similar to the regular inspection). Small commercial inspections include low-rise office complexes, apartment complexes, investment properties, restaurants, warehouses, etc.

Our tool of choice for commercial inspections is Infrared Thermal Imaging, or IR for short. IR can be key in determining active roof leaks, plumbing leaks, HVAC leaks at ducts or return compartments and yes even for electrical systems.

Our IR reports can be custom tailored to your needs. A report can be as simple as a few photographs or detailed to include locations, floorplans, photos (both IR and digital), temperatures (hot and cold) and other important data. A typical commercial inspection will refer to InterNACHI International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties
