**Please Note: Due to NACHI code of ethics, Colby Inspections will not perform handyman services on any home that "we" inspected within the last 12 months.

11. The NACHI member shall not perform or offer to perform, for an additional fee, any repairs or associated services to structure on which the member or member's company has prepared a home inspection report, for a period of 12 months. This provision shall not include services to components and/or systems which are not included in the NACHI standards of practice.

This would not include "cosmetic" items, as cosmetic defects are not included in the NACHI Standards of Practice. This would entail items like painting, installation of trim or moldings, installation of tile floors or hardwood floors.
